All members of the Management Committee are volunteers, who work as a team to keep the Hall in good condition for the benefit of hirers and as an attractive facility for the village. Currently the Officers of the Committee are:

The Hall is held in Trust by the Trustees of the Memorial Community Centre, Charity no. 300292, and managed by the voluntary Little Kingshill Village Hall Management Committee.

All proceeds go to the provision and improvement of facilities in the Hall, which is maintained to a high standard for the benefit of all who use it.
